What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of Field Reimbursement Managers to execute provider-facing reimbursement education and access solutions.
- Develop and implement access and reimbursement strategy, identifying barriers and driving compliant solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical, Compliance, Legal, and Trade teams.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or pharmacy background preferred.
- 8–10+ years in biotech/pharma with focus on reimbursement, market access, or patient services.
- Experience leading field-based reimbursement teams and knowledge of U.S. payer environments.
Where You'll Work:
- U.S.-based remote field role with approximately 60% domestic travel.
- Engage with high-priority, complex access cases as a player-coach.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary $210,000 - $250,000 USD, plus annual bonus and equity.
