Engineering Manager, AI Platform

The Engineering Manager will lead the AI Platform team, dedicated to building the AI experience for engineers. The AI Platform team is responsible for foundational primitives that empower developers to deliver high-quality AI experiences efficiently. As an Engineering Manager, you’ll set strategy, lead your team to deliver results consistently, grow and develop talented engineers, and cultivate a healthy, results-driven culture to deliver value to customers and enable the business to scale. Responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, setting direction, guiding technical strategy, working with stakeholders, and championing best practices for AI quality and AI operations.
