A skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator is needed to join the team and work with an inspiring US client specializing in software and solutions for shipping, mailing, and logistics management. The company's mission is to help businesses optimize the entire shipping process, from label generation and carrier integration to returns management and international deliveries. The candidate will be expected to have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Certified Salesforce Administrator and additional Salesforce certifications are preferred, as well as experience with data integration and APIs. Day-to-day BAU ticket handling is also expected, being analytical, adaptable, aiming for maximum quality, and focusing on solving problems.
