Role Overview:
- Shape enterprise manufacturing solutions that improve global production operations.
- Act as the voice of manufacturing within a collaborative product team.
- Bridge the gap between plant operations, software development, and business stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide guidance on production scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory control.
- Review user stories and technical specifications from a manufacturing perspective.
- Support implementations by traveling to facilities and ensuring accurate system configuration.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in manufacturing environments with knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience with enterprise manufacturing systems like ERP, MES, or MRP.
