Position Requirements:
- 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
- Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
Work Details:
- Work Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Area is preferred.
- Work Setup: Remote.
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
