Work remotely with preference for candidates near Pulau Indah or Kuala Lumpur.
Requires working proficiency in Malay and English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications and provide relevant market data.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements and deliver strong candidate slates while building talent pipelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 2 years recruitment experience, with experience in high-volume hiring.
Ability to work onsite in industrial environments and strong communication skills.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools, understanding of local employment practices.
