Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end enterprise CLM implementations across platforms like Ironclad, Agiloft, Sirion, and Icertis.
- Configure workflows, approval processes, templates, clause libraries, and metadata structures.
- Design integrations with Salesforce, ERP, and other enterprise applications.
Client and Team Collaboration:
- Partner with legal, procurement, IT, and business teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Guide migration, data validation, and legacy system clean-up activities.
- Train client teams and internal analysts on platform capabilities.
Documentation and Frameworks:
- Create technical documentation, configuration specs, workflow diagrams, and implementation playbooks.
- Develop standardized implementation methodologies and reusable assets.
- Provide post-production support and optimize platform functionality.
