University Liaison- DVM (Specialist Preferred)

Build and nurture relationships with veterinary school leadership, including Directors of Student Affairs and House Officer programs. Coach and mentor residents on contract negotiation, emphasizing the "why" behind their decisions. Expand the pipeline of candidates for Veritas programs and opportunities, serving as brand ambassadors within academic and veterinary communities. Lead university outreach efforts by designing and executing strategic initiatives that connect students, interns, and residents with Veritas hospitals. Recruit, manage, and support Student Ambassadors at U.S. and accredited international veterinary schools to promote externships, summer programs, post-graduate training, and Veritas hosted events. Ensure compliance with university policies, deliver educational and promotional presentations, and interview students interested in emergency and specialty training. Develop recruitment materials, plan on-campus recruitment events, and partner with Veritas leadership to improve strategies. Represent Veritas at key veterinary conferences, maintain records, and create content for Veritas websites and social media.
