About the Role:

You’ll own one of the most strategically important areas of our platform: how engineering teams collaborate, review designs, and make better decisions together.
You’ll work on the systems and experiences that help mechanical engineering teams run effective design reviews across complex products, stakeholders, and development cycles.

What You’ll Do:

Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for the Build Engineering Reviews team.
Conduct customer research and work directly with users to uncover opportunities and validate solutions.
Translate complex technical and workflow challenges into clear product direction and priorities.

What You’ll Need:

5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS environments.
Proven experience working on technically complex software products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
