Director of GTM Finance

The Director of GTM Finance will partner with the CFO, CRO, and senior leadership on driving revenue growth and commercial excellence. This role will be the finance owner for go-to-market engine, covering everything from pipeline generation through to sales and ultimately customer upsell and renewal. It is a visible role at the intersection of Finance and GTM (Marketing, Sales, CS), where you’ll help define our growth trajectory, align teams on how to deliver on that growth, and dive in to help them execute and optimize performance. The role includes GTM forecasting: bookings, pipeline coverage, win rates, sales cycle analysis, and productivity metrics, annual and quarterly planning for headcount, capacity, quota deployment, and compensation structures across GTM, building and maintaining key SaaS unit economics models (CAC, LTV, sales payback, productivity ratios) to inform investment and growth decisions, analyzing sales and marketing funnel efficiency, providing strategic insight on pricing, packaging, and partner economics, and building GTM financial models that support scenario planning, resource allocation, and board-level reporting.
