Associate Counsel, Merchants & Payments

In this role, you will be a key member of our legal team supporting our enterprise-wide commercial and product initiatives in expanding the business and compliantly building healthcare/fintech products. Typical responsibilities include collaborating with cross functional teams to help negotiate and close deals and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various documents, including MSAs, SOWs, Merchant Integration Agreements (MIAs), technology licensing agreements, marketing agreements, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, and NDAs. You will provide product counseling and risk assessments developing new product/feature offerings.
