Job Description
This is a key leadership role that is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive customer success strategies and programs. The goal is to drive conversion, onboarding, retention, and advocacy, including delivering new βMarketing as a Serviceβ initiatives, for multiple customer types. A primary responsibility is the delivery of conversion, retention, and upselling strategies across the organization, and the individual will be held accountable for the results. They will also collaborate with the product team to provide insights and feedback from customers to inform the product development roadmap. Establishing clear goals and performance metrics for the team and providing regular feedback and coaching to drive excellence will also be crucial as will fostering a culture of customer-centricity and accountability within the team.
