Endoluminal Program Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct program launches and utilization of the ION System within the installed base, including managing installations, training, and utilization growth.
• Hire, train, and develop the Endoluminal Specialist and Endoluminal Territory Associate team to build the clinical field sales force.
• Expand ION procedure usage in all existing accounts and provide the clinical sales team with new product information.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree is required, along with a proven track record in ION sales or 5+ years of clinical sales management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the Operating Room/Endoscopy Environment and a proven background in selling medical capital equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and the ability to attend required field sales management training.
