Analyst, Accounts Receivable

AR Operations Analysis & Reporting:

• Support recurring reporting that provides visibility into AR performance and operational KPIs.
• Investigate discrepancies across AR data sources including ERP systems and customer portals.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting visibility and automate reporting.

Process Improvement & Systems Support:

• Independently develop tools, templates, and reporting resources that improve operational efficiency.
• Evaluate existing operational processes to identify gaps and develop scalable solutions.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes.

Complex Account Support & Cross-Functional Enablement:

• Perform discovery of customer-specific invoicing, payroll, payment, AR, and reporting requirements.
• Design workflows that support collections tracking, payment application processes, and reporting visibility.
• Assist in reconciling complex accounts involving non-standard billing structures.
