What you'll be doing:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across engineering, security, and data functions.
  • Design advanced sourcing strategies and conduct high-quality technical screens using structured interviewing.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve pipeline quality, automate workflows, and enhance candidate communication.

What you need to succeed:

  • 6+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent partnership for engineering and data roles.
  • Proven success using AI-enabled tools to improve recruiting efficiency and scalability.
  • Strong partnership skills with senior technical leaders and sound judgment in assessment and compensation.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range is $90,500 to $107,000 per year with eligibility for performance-based incentives.
  • Benefits include uncapped paid time off, paid parental leave, and full medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • The role includes an immersive, in-person onboarding experience called Trailhead, with all travel covered.
