- Design advanced sourcing strategies and conduct high-quality technical screens using structured interviewing.
- Leverage AI tools to improve pipeline quality, automate workflows, and enhance candidate communication.
What you need to succeed:
- 6+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent partnership for engineering and data roles.
- Proven success using AI-enabled tools to improve recruiting efficiency and scalability.
- Strong partnership skills with senior technical leaders and sound judgment in assessment and compensation.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range is $90,500 to $107,000 per year with eligibility for performance-based incentives.
