Job Description

As a Strategy Consultant on the Demandbase Services team, you will be a trusted partner and advisor to our key stakeholders in Marketing, Sales and Operations organizations. This role will utilize your analytical, interpersonal communication, business management and leadership skills to drive revenue through adoption and expansion of our platform through recommending best in class ABM strategies and workflows. Always with the Customer in mind, you will partner with our Implementation and Data Analytics teams to create a Value Roadmap tailored to their unique journey and lead workshops to ensure their full value realization of their Demandbase purchase. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience delivering go-to-market strategies that drive adoption with measurable impact for B2B buyers. Collaborate closely with all tiers of customers to understand their business goals, GTM maturity, key workflows, integrations to develop and recommend a Value Roadmap that aligns their strategic objectives with the Demandbase platform. Work with the Customer’s executive leadership on Go-to-Market strategic design for end-to-end process flows that enable Marketing and/or Sales to execute confidently against their go-to-market objectives. Translate Strategic Objectives into Tactical initiatives to identify the most efficient solution and path to solving complex GTM needs. Research the Customer organization and industry, conduct GTM Maturity Assessments, lead Strategic Workshops and present recommendations to all levels of the account. Become an expert on the Demandbase workflows and functional technical best practices of the platform to speak confidently and make recommendations on use cases. Collaborate across the Sales and CS teams to find growth levers and optimization opportunities as appropriate. Develop best practices and thought leadership content for internal scaling and education across teams.
