Role and Responsibilities:
- Perform, coordinate, and improve complex activities for IT service delivery and supporting infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve complex tickets, investigate root causes, and initiate corrective actions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years with Microsoft Exchange Online, Exchange Server, and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with high availability solutions, load balancing, and Windows Server.
- VMware vSphere knowledge and team collaboration skills.
Work Arrangement and Location:
- Remote work from Slovakia only.
