About the Role:
- You'll work with Clinical and Product teams to refine evaluation rubrics for AI products, ensuring safe and clinically sound outputs.
- You'll test those outputs against standards and apply your clinical judgment flexibly on hard calls.
What You'll Do:
- Review AI-generated outputs for clinical accuracy, safety, and appropriateness across patient and provider tools.
- Improve rubrics by documenting reasoning, participating in calibration sessions, and turning feedback into model changes.
- Support new product use cases and labeling datasets before launch.
Who You Are:
- A licensed therapist or counselor with 3+ years of therapy experience and strong risk assessment skills.
- Comfortable with AI-assisted review tools, precise written communication, and collaborative ambiguity.
- Able to adapt to healthcare technology platforms and maintain HIPAA compliance.
