VP, Accounting (Fixed Term Contract)

As the VP, Accounting, you will work with the wider Finance management team to shape the future finance function. This role provides a chance to make a significant impact, driving financial excellence and innovation within the organization, working with new systems and technologies to standardise, streamline and optimise processes and drive automation. Working closely with peers within the Financial Control team, Finance Operations and Strategic Finance teams, you will play a critical role in the creation of financial strategy and decision-making processes to support the company's growth objectives. The fixed-term contract position runs until December 31, 2025, with a possibility of extension. Collaborate on financial controls ensuring accurate reporting. Assist in implementing financial systems and technologies. Standardise financial reporting processes. Support reporting using Tableau. Partner to manage transition of accounting operations. Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate closures and assist with Hive-Up processes. Explore accounting automation tools such as FloQast or Blackline. Provide support for M&A activities. Contribute to strategic business initiatives.
