As Nav’s Controller, you’ll play a pivotal role in owning the close and financial reporting processes, ensuring we maintain the highest level of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. This role is critical to Nav’s next chapter as we scale, explore strategic transactions, and continue building financial products that empower small businesses. You’ll manage day-to-day accounting operations, lead our annual financial audit, and work closely with teams.

This position is critical as he/she will work closely with our VP Finance and Controller managing the day-to-day accounting duties while also playing a major part in streamlining and automating our operational accounting. This position has an excellent opportunity for growth.
