Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of analyst-level employees, setting priorities and performance goals.
- Own core data operations processes, ensuring accurate execution across systems.
- Act as escalation point for data issues and drive resolution across teams.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in data operations, data management, or related field with leadership experience.
- Hands-on technical skills with Databricks, Salesforce, and SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, CRM processes, or operational reporting.
- Experience building governance frameworks or data operating models.
- Comfort operating as both strategic thinker and hands-on problem solver.
