About the role:
- As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and evolve the user-facing experiences at the heart of SignNow's agreement execution journey.
- You will identify user pain points, simplify complex tasks, and use AI to improve clarity, confidence, and time-to-completion.
- This role is highly outcome-driven, focusing on hypotheses, A/B tests, and measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and improve core agreement execution flows, ensuring they are intuitive, fast, and reliable.
- Build product guidance that helps users make correct decisions in compliance-sensitive contexts.
- Define and track KPIs, monitor funnel performance, and build learning loops for continuous improvement.
What we expect:
- 5+ years of product management experience building user-facing B2B or B2C SaaS products.
- Strong UX judgment, user empathy, and a proven ability to simplify complex user journeys.
- Excellent communication skills and an ownership mindset, comfortable operating with ambiguity.
