Senor Project Manager - Network India ( Network )

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for the management of assigned technical projects and executes day-to-day management of assigned project segments. The Project Manager manages the group of projects as a whole, providing a single point of knowledge and control for the aggregate effort. Key responsibilities include guiding project teams and Client organizations on how to use Agile/Scrum practices, guiding assigned project teams on self-organizing, and assessing the Scrum maturity of the project team and organization. The role involves removing impediments, building a trusting environment, facilitating work without coercion, facilitating discussion and conflict resolution, assisting with internal and external communication, and supporting the Product Sponsor. The Senior Project Manager will also perform analysis of resource utilization, establish and drive additional services revenue opportunities, and understand client needs. They are responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of technical projects and ensuring service delivery success and client satisfaction.
