Job Description

We’re looking for a BDR Manager to join our growing team and lead our Business Development efforts across EMEA. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a developing function in the region, guide and scale an existing team of BDRs, influence our global strategy, and build scalable processes that drive meaningful growth. This is a remote role, based in London. You’ll be expected to recruit, manage, onboard, and continually coach a growing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Set up and run process to optimize inbound lead qualifications and drive outbound prospecting efforts to build qualified leads. Work closely and collaboratively with internal business teams, marketing, and sales teams, and provide consistent visibility and insights into sales development activities.
