- Work hands-on in Passes' proprietary system and Mercury for manual payouts and vendor invoicing.
Strategic and Risk:
- Bring exposure to fundraising and M&A dynamics in a startup environment.
- Identify and mitigate financial risk.
- Partner with the Head of People on sales compensation and benchmarking.
