Learning & Development Manager

We're seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our rapidly scaling team. Reporting to our Director of People Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in building and executing comprehensive learning strategies that drive employee growth, manager effectiveness, and deep dentistry knowledge across our 1500-person organization. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned L&D professional to make a transformative impact at a hypergrowth-stage company revolutionizing healthcare. In this role, you will own end-to-end onboarding programs, drive manager enablement, build and maintain dentistry knowledge curriculum, champion AI enablement, implement learning systems and measurement, and facilitate training programs.
