Job Description
The Strategic Account Executive is an advanced level individual contributor, focused on developing new markets and possibly new channel opportunities that has both top line revenue growth, and growth impact to Syniverse. This Hunter/Account Management position will seek out new opportunities with new customers and market segments, will cross sell and upsell new and emerging products to existing customers, and will ensure revenue retention through renewing existing business. This role will work closely with all facets of the organization, to ensure there are internal product alignment, technical feasibility and critical business benefits.
Key responsibilities include hunting and closing new logo opportunities, building relationships with prospects, delivering sales presentations, negotiating and closing deals and alliance channel deals. The candidate should discover customer needs and develop appropriate solutions and pricing schedules. The candidate will also attend industry events in order to network with relevant stakeholders, gain industry insight and represent the firm in the marketplace as well as consistently maintain a solid pipeline that supports and exceeds revenue forecasts.
