Certify is seeking an Operations Team Lead to oversee a team of operations analysts within the Credentialing team. This role involves direct management, focusing on the growth and success of team members through weekly 1:1 meetings, coaching, and performance reviews. The Team Lead will be accountable for meeting core performance metrics related to speed, quality, and efficiency of file processing, ensuring files are within SLA and exceed client expectations. The role also includes coordinating with Credentialing Management to prioritize files and reviewing team performance data, involving upward, downward, and lateral communication. Candidates need coaching skills, a passion for metrics improvement, process understanding, organizational skills, and prioritization.
