Implementation Technician

The Implementation Technician will walk customers through the setup of +Recovery and Delivery Operations via Teams call, phone, or email. They will complete final configuration and validation steps, ensuring the customer is fully set up, monitor progress, and follow up as necessary. Training customers on how to access, navigate, and use the +Recovery and Delivery products is also required. The technician will maintain tracking and reporting systems, troubleshoot issues using SQL queries and other software, and provide feedback on process enhancements. They may also assist with special projects or additional customer setups in the PAR Ops platform as assigned.
