Weโre looking for a technical, data-driven, and customer-obsessed Email Operations Manager to own the end-to-end execution of our email and SMS campaigns. In this role, youโll be responsible for coding, segmentation, personalization (using Liquid logic), campaign setup, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance tracking across both ad-hoc and automated lifecycle campaigns. Your work will directly impact member enrollment and engagement, driving them to schedule and complete registered dietician appointments.
Own end-to-end execution of email and SMS campaigns, including coding responsive templates (HTML/CSS), audience segmentation, Liquid-based personalization, QA testing, deployment, monitoring, and reporting. Leverage segmentation strategies to personalize content and drive engagement across diverse member segments. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to email/SMS campaigns, ensuring seamless and on-time execution.
