Practice Manager - Quality Services

As Practice Manager, you will lead a professional services team focused on customer success from implementation and beyond. You will manage a team that excels in software implementation delivery. Responsibilities include ensuring customer and employee success, leading through hands-on and strategic initiatives, cultivating a positive environment, driving new practices to support implementation excellence, creating innovative collateral to support delivery, and partnering with global and cross-functional teams to provide the best outcomes. You will lead the Veeva Quality Cloud, execute as a Services Delivery Lead, manage supply and demand, support and coach your team, manage escalations, and cultivate trusted customer relationships.
