What You’ll Do:
- Lead and grow your branch as a profitable business unit, driving new complex care opportunities and market awareness.
- Ensure outstanding person-centred care through robust assessments, risk management, and compliance, while developing your team.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong complex care knowledge, statutory frameworks, safeguarding, and experience managing a care service with budget responsibility.
- NVQ/QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and a full UK driving licence.
