Role Overview:
- The Assistant Director of Operations is a senior operational leader within the Safer Futures Hub, accountable for delivering impactful and sustainable services.
- The role covers County Lines Support Service, Steps Kent, CE Pan Merseyside, and Missing & Exploitation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate Catch22's strategy into safe, high-quality, and financially sustainable delivery across the portfolio.
- Use data, insight, and service user voice to prioritize resources and intervene early on quality, safety, outcomes, or financial risks.
- Drive service redesign and digital transformation to scale effective approaches.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in leading complex operational services, ideally within social justice or public service settings.
- Strong skills in building partnerships and influencing commissioners and sector partners.
