The Role:
- Lead GL&C's operational engine: shared legal services, Home Office paralegal organization, BPO, and performance intelligence.
- Oversee 4–6 senior leaders and approximately 50–100 professionals as a co-architect of department evolution.
What You'll Do:
- Own the work evolution decision engine and drive productivity, quality, and cycle time outcomes from a unified platform.
- Build performance intelligence infrastructure and governance for delivery model decisions.
Who You Are:
- 15+ years in operations, shared services, BPO, or professional services delivery leadership.
- Credible in regulated industries with AI fluency, legal acumen, and a track record of transforming work delivery.
