Job Description
The UM Administration Coordinator provides clerical support for the department and provides non-clinical support for the policies and procedures ensuring best and most appropriate treatment, care or services for members. This role partners with leadership, Medical Directors, Nurses and with other team members. The team contributes to the Value-Based segment partnering with CenterWell and Onehome.
Responsibilities include managing NLP's for chart reviews, building and pending authorizations for review, handling inbound/outbound calls to verify information, documenting calls, requesting and managing clinical information, creating correspondence, and collaborating with various team members.
