About the Role:
- Optimise e-invoicing and global supply chains by coordinating and technically implementing EDI projects.
- Act as the interface between customers, their ERP System, and our SaaS platform.
- Proactively ensure each project’s success by appearing as a sparring partner for customers and solving their technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Several years of work experience in e-invoicing and/or EDI.
- Experience with ERP integration via XML, CSV, and IDocs.
- In-depth knowledge of EDI formats and protocols; excellent communication skills in English and either French, German, Italian, or Chinese.
