- Manage full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles.
- Conduct market research and lead creative sourcing.
What You Bring:
- 4+ years in full-cycle recruitment with a track record of closing vacancies.
- Experience in executive search and multichannel sourcing.
- Strong ability to consult and advise hiring managers.
