Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Source high-quality candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and competency assessments to evaluate technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate pipelines using the company's ATS and CRM, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience (agency or internal).
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent interview and candidate assessment skills with outstanding written and verbal English communication.
