Position Responsibilities:

  • Serves as primary HR contact, reinforcing organizational values and executing employee engagement programs.
  • Partners on recruitment, owns candidate logistics, and manages full internship program lifecycle.

Work Schedule & Location:

  • This is a remote role based in the United States.
  • Requires willingness to travel up to 30% within North America for staff events.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience and prior customer-facing role preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
