Administer daily commission operations through incentive compensation platforms, including workflow maintenance and payout processing.
Review, investigate, and resolve commission inquiries from internal stakeholders with clear communication and documentation.
Support monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc commission calculations, validations, and reconciliations across domestic and international teams.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in sales incentive compensation, commissions operations, or finance operations.
Experience with enterprise compensation platforms like CaptivateIQ, Xactly, or Salesforce.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
