About the Role:

  • A-LIGN is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Compensation Analyst to support sales compensation programs.
  • This role is part of the Revenue Operations team and reports to the Sales Compensation Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and execute sales compensation programs, calculate and audit monthly commissions.
  • Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies and maintain compensation documentation.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, and Revenue Operations to ensure data accuracy and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, or Financial Analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Salesforce.
