What You'll Do:
- Validate and process commission calculations, exception handling, and pay file submissions.
- Maintain and optimize compensation systems and partner with Sales Operations on crediting structures.
- Support forecasting, accruals, and internal/external audits.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field with 4–7+ years in sales compensation.
- Deep understanding of commission structures and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with tools like Xactly, CaptivateIQ, or Varicent.
