Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end commissions process, ensuring accurate and scalable calculations.
- Own the administration and optimization of commissions systems like CaptivateIQ.
- Resolve complex commission discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in commissions, sales compensation, or accounting.
- Deep understanding of sales compensation structures and commission plan administration.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability for reconciliations and variance analysis.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $100,000 - $115,000.
