The Role:
- Business-minded attorney managing licensing agreements protecting Atari's IP.
- Reports to General Counsel as primary legal expert on commercial matters.
What You'll Do:
- Draft, review, and negotiate licensing agreements for game development, co-branding, publishing, and digital media.
- Collaborate with licensing team to expand brand presence while safeguarding IP.
- Support governance, compliance, and corporate legal matters.
What We're Looking For:
- J.D. with 4-6 years at a top-tier law firm focusing on commercial transactions and licensing.
- Video game or entertainment industry experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
