Job Description
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will lead the West Region by developing new business in a multi-state territory. The successful candidate will create a territory sales plan (TSP) and be able to execute behaviors to achieve revenue goals, utilize a CRM to capture appropriate and accurate customer data, work with multifunctional departments to ensure complete customer satisfaction in all aspects of the customers interface with ANA, gain a complete understanding of our customers’ business needs / pain before developing a solution using all internal resources to develop a cohesive solution to the customer, communicate appropriate business intelligence and market trends to the business, and be an ambassador of ANA’s Culture and core values internally and externally.
Maintain expenses within operating budgets and develop travel schedules to efficiently cover all market opportunities on a regular basis while keeping costs to a minimum. Educate customers on products, service, warranties, and technical support. Drive a high-quality customer experience by selling the ANA way using values and culture as a standard.
