Job Description

The Program team is responsible for supporting successful registration programs. The SPM is responsible for managing one of the more complex EVC states. Responsibilities include building relationships with partners, co-leading statewide registration program planning and budgeting, ensuring partner programs receive EVC support, and holding partners accountable to goals. The SPM will manage a Program Coordinator, oversee their work, and provide training and quality control, at the direction of the SPM. The role involves managing Program Coordinators, multiple partners, optimizing programs, and ensuring adequate coverage. It requires editing documents, providing leadership, overseeing quality control, and helping implement registration tracking. The person in this role will act as a mentor, provide performance feedback, manage systems for regular reporting, and assist with developing budgets. They must identify partnership opportunities, maintain relationships, lead conversations on alignment, and support other duties as assigned, including grant management and troubleshooting. Travel Required: 40% of the working time, to manage and support on-the-ground registration programs in various states. Location Requirement: Candidates must reside within 30 minutes of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, or be willing to relocate within three months of hire if not currently located within the required area. Driving Ability: A valid driver's license and the ability to drive are essential for this role, given the travel and on-site management responsibilities.
