Role Overview:
- Design, maintain, secure, and evaluate global network, infrastructure, and cloud systems.
- Provide exceptional customer support to staff across multi-site international manufacturing.
- Report to Enterprise Systems Manager and collaborate with plant and departmental leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage network architecture, WAN, segmentation, VPN, and wireless across global sites.
- Lead security incident response, identity access management, and endpoint security.
- Support virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, and hardware lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years in network and infrastructure support; CCNP/CCNA required.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Azure cloud.
- Experience with firewall management, WAN/LAN, VPN, and enterprise wireless.
