Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage digital engagement initiatives, such as in-application messaging and guided product experiences.
- Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to diagnose experience gaps and recommend improvements.
- Configure and maintain digital experience elements within approved platforms to ensure consistency.
Collaboration and Project Management:
- Partner with product management, customer success, and marketing to align initiatives with product updates.
- Plan and coordinate digital experience projects, defining scope, timelines, and success measures.
- Monitor progress and mitigate risks within established guidelines.
Performance and Improvement:
- Evaluate effectiveness of digital engagement activities through performance reporting and experimentation.
- Document insights and recommend enhancements to improve user satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Contribute to developing best practices and scalable frameworks for consistent delivery.
