Role Overview:

  • Lead the in-product customer experience across JamLoop's customer platform.
  • Drive feature adoption, customer engagement, onboarding, and retention through thoughtful in-product experiences.
  • Own the strategy and execution of how customers discover, learn, and engage with product capabilities.

In-Product Engagement:

  • Own tooltips, tours, checklists, announcements, and other in-platform guidance.
  • Build scalable ways to help users discover, understand, and adopt key features.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on launch messaging and in-product education.

Customer Experience & Adoption:

  • Identify friction points across onboarding, reporting, and platform usage.
  • Use customer feedback and product data to improve activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Define success metrics and measure impact after launch.

Product Execution:

  • Lead initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Clarify scope, tradeoffs, dependencies, and risks early.
