Middle Project Manager

What You'll Do:

• Own the full internal project lifecycle — from requirements gathering through solution delivery and process implementation.
• Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify needs, validate assumptions, and translate them into actionable project requirements.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment at every stage.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of project management experience and hands-on experience in business process analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes.
